I offer monthly programs and individual sessions depending on what works best for you.

1:1 Nutritional Therapy

Each monthly program includes:

  • Virtual coaching sessions
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • Individualized lifestyle plan
  • Recommendations on supplements
  • Weekly goal setting and reflections on progress
  • Personalized grocery guides, lists and recipes
  • Unlimited support between sessions via email

Refresh: 1 month package with two 1:1 sessions

Restart: 3 month package with two 1:1 sessions each month

Renew: 6 month package with two 1:1 sessions each month

Individual Sessions

  • Individual sessions are designed for clients who have completed a monthly program and want to meet again to discuss progress.
  • These sessions are also designed for clients who have completed an initial consultation and chose not to commit to a monthly program, but still want to check in.
  • You must complete an initial consultation before scheduling an individual follow-up session.

How It Works

*All sessions are done virtually, via Skype or FaceTime.

1. Schedule a free 15 minute discovery call with me to ask me any questions you may have before committing to working with me.

2. Schedule an initial consultation. Before our initial consultation, you will complete a 3 Day Food and Mood Journal, an Initial Interview and a Nutritional Assessment questionnaire. I will review this information prior to our meeting and asses your current and past eating habits, health goals, and health history. This will also give me better understanding of how your body is functioning as a whole.

3. In our initial consultation, we go over your current lifestyle and create an initial diet, supplement and lifestyle protocol based on the information I’ve gathered. Together, we create actionable steps to achieve your health goals.

4. In your follow up sessions, we assess what’s working and what areas of your protocol we need to focus on. We troubleshoot if needed and I educate you on new topics. After each call I provide you with actionable steps.
