Pumpkin Spice Bliss Balls

  • 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
  • 6 medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin pureĆ©
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • shredded coconut for garnish
  • extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish


  • Place the walnuts into a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well combined.
  • Roll the dough into small balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.


If your dates are dry and not quite juicy, I recommend soaking them in warm water for ten minutes prior.
